This book walks you through the very beginning of a nuclear blast all the way through to the end.
It explains the different types of blasts and what to do depending on the type. It goes on to explain the effects of radiation and how to combat it. As well as how to build a shelter to protect from the radiation.
It also has some of the basics of survival such as air, food, water, fire, clothing, and shelter.

For the ultimate prepper it explains how to build a BOSDEC (Bomb Shelter in Depth Concept) Maximum application of this principle will protect you from the hazards of a 20 megaton nuclear weapon that bursts more than 2.3 miles from the shelter and complete protection from smaller closer bursts.
